Co‑organized by WHO/Europe, the Government of Ireland, and in partnership with HealthTech Ireland, this exciting event in Dublin, Ireland will bring together policymakers, health and care workers across disciplines, innovators, educators, researchers, industry partners, and people with lived experience to examine evidence, share learning, and identify approaches that deliver meaningful, measurable impact.

This event hosted at the Convention Centre Dublin, comprises two interconnected components: a scientific conference and a dedicated industry exhibition platform.

The scientific conference will showcase how countries are redesigning health and social care services so that the workforce can operate in a way that supports their expertise, including the effective application of digital health and AI tools, and the expansion of access to assistive technology to support participation, independent living, and rights‑based, disability‑inclusive practice. Running in parallel, the industry exhibition platform will feature innovators, manufacturers and developers demonstrating the latest digital solutions, AI‑enabled tools, and assistive products that directly support the event’s themes of workforce optimization, digital innovation, disability inclusion, and supporting people to live independently across the life course.
